We want you to love your new vase, but if you need to cancel your order, we make it easy and hassle-free.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations aren’t possible, and if the vase has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel, contact us within the 24-hour window via our Contact Us page. Please include:

• Your order number
  
• Date of purchase
  
• Reason for cancellation (optional)
  

We’ll review your request and help you with the next steps.
Note: Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the vase hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed securely via PayPal:

• PayPal Balance Payments: refunded within 2 business days
  
• Credit Card Payments via PayPal: may take up to 10 business days to show on your bank statement
  
• No Fees: we don’t charge any cancellation or refund fees
  

After 24 Hours

If your vase has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please see our Return & Refund Policy to request a return after you receive your vase.
